Coty has announced plans for Miu Miu's first fragrance for women, revealing Stacy Martin as the face of the scent. This also marks the first project outside of fashion and accessories for the brand.
The new fragance will launch exclusively at Harrods on 1 August, with the French-English Actress fronting the new brand. Known for her roles in Nymphomaniac, Taj Mahal and The Childhood of a Leader, Martin has a reputation for choosing unconventional roles and was chosen for her fit with Prada's vision for the brand: refined yet rebellious.
Martin said: "The shoot was like no other thanks to Steven Meisel's incredible sensitivity and talent. I'm so honoured to be the face of the first Miu Miu fragrance. Working with Miu Miu is almost like working with family."
The fragrance will appear in other stores in September, with a print campaign featuring Martin appearing globally. Martin previously worked with the Miu Miu brand, appearing in its Autumn/Winter campaign in 2014.
