N.dulge scheme aims to reward strong customer loyalty


Premium beauty retailer Space NK has launched its first loyalty programme in a move to retain and reward strong customer loyalty.

The N.dulge programme has been created so Space NK can understand and interact with its customers more effectively. The scheme aims to reward returning customers for their loyalty to the brand by offering 1 point for every £1 spent on purchases made in-store and online. For every 100 points accumulated, customers will receive a £5 N.centive. Anyone who spends over £1000 in a 12 month period will be upgraded to the N.dulge deluxe programme where they will receive a £10 N.centive for every 100 points earned and double points on Space NK Spa treatments.

Lauri Vela, chief marketing officer said: “N.dulge is our way of rewarding our customers for their continued loyalty as well as a way of inviting new customers in to experience our brand.”

All members of the N.dulge scheme will receive additional benefits including invitations to private events and sales, new product reviews, complimentary product samples and a complimentary subscription to Space NK’s beauty magazine, N.vision. The N.dulge programme launched in all 60 UK stores this month and will roll out in the 18 US stores in November 2011.
