FC Exoskeleton reduces production waste

New from Serac is the FC Exoskeleton, a tankless filler capper based on an exoskeleton supporting all machine components surrounded by two large sliding doors. The machine has been designed to provide total visibility on all product circulation and all major components at eye level. The product circuit is simple and limited to a minimum manifold, which minimises cleaning water usage and product waste at the end of production cycles.

The FC Exoskeleton also operates using Serac’s Dynaflow system, which automatically adjusts the opening position of each filling nozzle according to the set weight. The system tolerates variations in head pressure, making a filling tank surplus to requirements.

The new filler capper range is compatible with containers from 50ml to 9 litres and can produce up to 990 containers per minute.
