Senior Head of Commercial UK - London Area Hybrid - Open to salary, plus car allowance and bonus!

Lavandi Talent are currently working with an award-winning personal care/beauty brand renowned for their products within the market!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and delivery of the targets with the UK
  • Ownership of the senior buying relationships within the UK
  • Own the joint business plan with UK partners, with KPI`s in support of delivering the targets
  • Own execution of new launches, instore and online Trade Marketing
  • Own operational excellence within the UK (e.g. supply, content, listings, forecasting)
  • Own with the account management teams the trade spend budgets
  • Articulate the key needs of UK back to the broader business unit organization.
  • Manage and direct and develop the account teams
  • Help develop new processes within the business to ensure the UK continues to improve service etc to the customers.

Ideal Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior sales positions within the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing account portfolios.
  • In-depth understanding of retail/distributor landscape, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven management experience of multiple teams
