Senior Export Account Manager - London Area, Hybrid - Open to salary, plus car allowance and bonus!

Lavandi Talent are currently working with an award-winning personal care/beauty brand renowned for their products within the market!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with overseas retailers and distributors, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Work closely with their buying and merchandising teams to ensure products are effectively positioned and promoted.
  • Sales Growth and Account Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue, product adoption, and brand visibility within stores.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize sales, such as new product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of our products within locations.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work with the marketing and product development teams to align product offerings and marketing strategies with retailers and distributors objectives.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries and availability.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive account performance reports to senior management.
  • Contract Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure competitive pricing strategies.

Ideal Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international account management within the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing international account portfolios.
  • In-depth understanding of retail/distributor landscape, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
