Job description

  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
  • Strategic networking within the existing and new client database.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers through managing and maintaining their full requirements.
  • New business acquisition across the territory and abroad, mainly in Europe.
  • Contributing to marketing activity.
  • Working closely with the Directors and senior personnel to ensure that all customer requirements are understood, met and maintained.

Successful candidate

  • Graduate from Bachelor in Science is preferred. MBA or similar education would be positive evaluated.
  • Fluent in both English and French is a must.
  • At least 5 - 10 years of work experience in similar positions in Cosmetic or Dermatological companies.
  • Exceptional organisation, interpretation and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a bias for over-communication with a wide variety of audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work cross functionally.
  • Insightful, strategic and analytic thinker.
  • Willing and able to travel as required (20-30 % working time).
