Ronastar, the new interference colour series from Merck, comprises six new colour tones. Merck says that Ronastar Gold, Red, Purple, Aqua, Blue and Copper are ideal to give cosmetic formulations an unusually attractive interference effect. Like the existing range of Ronastar Sparks cosmetic pigments, the new line creates intensive and pure colours. Additionally a particle size of 10-100µm gives superior hiding power and a sparkle effect. The pigments are said to be easily processed and achieve shimmer effects in a range of products, particularly suitable for shower gels, shampoos and hair gels.
