Corkscrew mechanism lets users raise the bottle/pump by twisting the base

Precise Plastics has developed a new refillable package based on a novel corkscrew-type mechanism, which enables the user to raise the 7.5ml bottle/pump spray inside by twisting the base. When finished, the base can be rotated in the opposite direction to lower and hide the spray; a mechanical click indicates when the spray is in the locked up or down position.

The cover design may be personalised and the cover itself used to house a spray or treatment dispenser, according to preference.

The refill bottle can be either PET or a glass vial with a product fill of 7.5ml to 15ml and the top cover can be removed in order to replace the spray.
