Puig inks license deal with Valentino; Inter Parfums signs with Montblanc
Spanish beauty group Puig has announced a multi-year licensing agreement with Italian fashion brand Valentino.
Spanish beauty group Puig has announced a multi-year licensing agreement with Italian fashion brand Valentino.
The ten and a half year worldwide deal will be effective from 1st July, 2011 and will include the creation, development and distribution of luxury fine fragrances.
The license was previously held by P&G Prestige, who acquired the license from Unilever in 2003.
Meanwhile, Inter Parfums has signed a similar licensing agreement with luxury pen and accessories brand Montblanc. The ten and a half year agreement comes into effect on 1st July this year and will involve the creation, production and distribution of perfumes and ancillary products under the Montblanc brand.
