Ex vivo studies show that Primadulcine® increases hyaluronic acid synthesis by 47%, collagen III synthesis by 73%, and restores elastin synthesis by 74% after 6 days.
In vivo, at 1%, it significantly reduces wrinkle depth by 10.6%, improves skin wrinkledness in 70% of volunteers, and 85% of participants reported an overall improvement in skin appearance.
