Green manufacture and male grooming on agenda for 2011

The 2011 conference programme at China’s PCHi will feature two new topics, according to organiser Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions (RSE). The Macho Side of Personal Care will cover the key differences in formulations in the manufacture of men’s cosmetics, while Earth-Friendly Formulations will explore manufacturing techniques, formulations, technologies and packaging materials to help companies develop truly green products. Both The Macho Side of Personal Care and Earth-Friendly Formulations will fall under PCHi’s Technology conference and will be accompanied by existing sub-theme, New Technology & Innovations.

PCHi project manager Jason Lee said: “Earth-Friendly Formulations and The Macho Side of Personal Care were introduced as new conference topics to help companies remain current. As the first trade show for the cosmetics industry every calendar year, we provide the right platform for our visitors and exhibitors to obtain the most current information to steer their companies in the right direction.”

For confirmed exhibitors and visitors to PCHi 2011, RSE has also unveiled “i”Catch, a web-based system that allows exhibitors to better market their presence and products months before the show and which enables visitors to make plans for on-site meetings via the system’s interactive platform.

PCHi will take place from 22-24 February 2011 at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre.
