Organic and ethical skin care brand Nourish London has augmented its product portfolio with the launch of a Probiotic Multi-Mineral Repair Mask.
Available in 30ml (£22) and single-use sachet (£4.25) formats, the mask has been developed for twice-weekly use to repair existing skin damage, boost collagen production and elasticity, improve hydration and rebalance sebum production.
Its key ingredient is magnesium.
According to Nourish London’s founder, organic skin care specialist Pauline Hili, “magnesium can help address inflammation of the dermis, which can lead to acne and rosacea; it calms the skin from the irritating effects of pollution and also helps rebalance sebum production for oily skin”.
Probiotic Multi-Mineral Repair Mask also contains zinc to repair skin damage; copper to support collagen synthesis and cellular repair; iron to oxygenate the skin; and silica to enhance the skin’s texture and appearance.
The minerals in Nourish London’s products are produced by fermenting ingredients into bio-active materials that are easily recognised by the skin.
In addition, the mask contains Australian macadamia nut, camellia and calendula oils to provide essential omega oils.
Maqui berry provides antioxidant activity, while marine algae extract improves elasticity and firmness.
It is scented with organic damask rose floral water and organic lavender, and like all products from the brand, it is vegan, alcohol-free and free from synthetic colours, TEA and DEA, parabens, phenoxyethanol, sulfates, mineral oils, PEGs and silicones.
