Vetroplas has launched new ranges of bottles and jars, named #mono and #recycled.
The concept collections, manufactured by Vetroplas’ Italian partner Eurovetrocap, are claimed to combine aesthetics and sustainability.
#mono focuses on monomaterial packaging solutions that are recyclable via existing waste streams, while the #recycled range is made from post-consumer and post-industrial waste.
Contemporary colour combinations are said to be available in both collections to ensure strong on-shelf impact.
With this in mind, Eurovetrocap’s standard range, including its Laurence jars in 30, 50, 100 and 200ml sizes, and its Make-up bottle (30ml) are now available in recycled glass and form part of the #recycled collection.
Vetroplas’ Managing Director, Simon Dix, explained: “Increasingly companies are looking to improve their sustainability credentials whilst maintaining the premium look and feel of their product, something very much in evidence at the recent Packaging Innovations show at Olympia in London.”
Packaging Innovations London 2021 took place on 1-2 December.
