Located in seven stores across Canada and the US, the pop-ups are a celebration of the best of South Korean fashion, beauty and lifestyle
Nordstrom, the US department store retailer, has unveiled seven pop-up stores dedicated solely to South Korean fashion and beauty.
The Pop-In@Nordstrom KFashion shops will be open until 7 May and feature beauty products from South Korean brands including Too Cool for School and Glow Recipe.
Products include egg cream masks, pig collagen foil masks, body butters and more.
The cross-category products have been curated by Olivia Kim, Vice President of Creative Projects at Nordstrom.
“The Korean fashion scene is exploding. There’s so much buzz and energy around Korea and Seoul Fashion Week, and fashion there is differentiated in how quick, energetic and youthful it is,” she said.
“Pop-In is about bringing in the best of what we’re seeing out in the world and propagating it back to our customer in a fun and digestible way.
“There is so much happening in Korea, which is why when we started exploring our KPOP idea we decided to build a series of its own to really show the best of what we’re seeing.”
The shops have been launched under Nordstrom’s new multi-shop series concept called Pop-In@Nordstrom, developed by Kim.
The concept is designed to provide exclusive experiences for consumers to discover new brands and gain inspiration.
