Golong acquires French beauty brand Jean d'Estrées

Chinese e-commerce distributor will become the sole shareholder

French cosmetics brand Jean d'Estrées has been purchased by Chinese e-commerce distributor Golong (formerly Gaolang), which will become its sole shareholder. 

“This is a new milestone for Jean d'Estrées,” said Jérôme Dubarry, general manager of Jean d'Estrées, regarding the buyout. 

“With the support of the Golong Group, we will be able to exploit many development opportunities in France and abroad.”
