Glossier has announced a company restructuring, including about 24 job cuts, following its strategy pivot from D2C to omnichannel, such as its recent expansion into Sephora.

Chief Executive Kyle Leahy has been tasked with the transition and took over from founder Emily Weiss in May 2022.
