My client, a luxury beauty brand builder/owner are growing and looking for a strong addition to join their team in the shape of an experienced DtC Digital Marketing & eComm Manager.
Working as part of a highly entrepreneurial team, the feel is start-up and would suit an agile individual who can drive the online business both for the company and the brands they represent on a global basis.
The ideal person will be very commercial, highly organised and can lead the direction across eCommerce and digital advertising. Although our client is willing to consider experience outside of beauty and wellness you will need to demonstrate experience within 'high-ticket items’/luxury at the very least.
Experience of working with Amazon and other leading high-end eTailers is essential.
Managing third party agencies, the role will flex between being strategic and delivery focused; often the way of start or scale up brands!

Largely home-based you’ll be expected to work at their Hampshire HQ at least one day a month as well as travel for team away-days.
