Cornelius Polska enjoys successful second seminar

Cornelius Polska held its second Cosmetics Technical Seminar on 5 April 2011 at the Sobiesky Hotel in Warsaw, Poland. The invitation-only event provided senior formulators and technical developers of key manufacturers with an excellent chance to get up to date with the latest research and advances in cosmetics raw material innovations. 


Cornelius UK md David Brown opened the seminar by highlighting the core principles of the company’s business security and reliability of supply, innovation and extensive support the company offers to their customers.

Technical presentations targeted key market trends and included new actives for skin and hair from CLR Dr Kurt Richter (Germany), novel wax applications from Strahl & Pitsch (US), cold water processing and speciality silicones from Jeen (US) and innovative surfactants and carbomers developed by Guangzhou Tinci (China).

Roger McKenna, vp of Strahl & Pitsch, commented: "I was delighted with the response from the audience. The formulators in Poland show a real wealth of technical knowledge, and the Cornelius seminar provided us all with a valuable knowledge sharing opportunity". 


Delegates were given the opportunity to pose formulating questions directly to the raw material suppliers present as well as evaluate alternative products and network with industry colleagues.
