Rachel Horsefield is the CEO of Beauty at THG, formerly known as The Hut Group.

Prior to joining the British cosmetics and wellness brand owner in 2014, she was previously E-commerce Manager for Beauty at Boots.

"I love everything about the beauty industry but especially the pace at which it moves and the amount of change that has happened in recent years," she tells Cosmetics Business.

"My first role was via the Boots graduate programme, which gave me a great foundation from which to learn and progress."
