New mascara brush promises dramatic volume

L’Oréal Paris’ new Volume Shocking Exact Brush promises to create dramatic volume and enhanced definition to even the shortest lashes. The new mascara features a two-step process, which first pr-imes lashes with a base coat containing plumping film forming polymers and conditioning pro vitamin B5. Step two features a smooth textured mascara formula containing Expansium and using new Exact Brush technology, said to capture fine lashes and coat them from root to tip.

The result, says L’Oréal Paris, is intense colour and defined volume. The product, available now worldwide, is £9.99.
