Naturex renews board mandate

Theirry Lambert and Jacques Dransky re-elected for another six years

The French group Naturex, which produces natural ingredients for a number of industries including the cosmetics sector, has renewed the mandate of its directors, Thierry Lambert and Jacques Dikansky, for a further six years to the end of 2017. Dikansky has also been re-elected as board president while Lambert has been designated director general. However, owing to the state of Dikansky's health, the presidency has been delegated to Lambert as vice president.
