Swiss ingredients specialist Mibelle AG has announced the acquisition of UK supplier Hallam Beauty.


Swiss ingredients specialist Mibelle AG has announced the acquisition of UK supplier Hallam Beauty.

The company’s parent firm GRI Group will continue to be a significant joint venture shareholder however.

“In evaluating Hallam Beauty’s five year strategic business plan from 2010 onwards, we identified that its continued growth would benefit from the major synergies derived from partnering with another technically strong, European based business from the same sector,” commented Graham Royle, chairman and ceo, GRI Group Ltd.
