Among a plethora of green brands on the market, Melvita stands out for its high quality, solid integrity and comprehensive offer of organic products for everyday use. Nadia Di Martino reports on the ascent of the organic French company


Bernard Chevilliat, a bee keeper and biologist founded the organic company Melvita in the Ardèche, a region in the south east of France in 1983, with the desire to place nature at the heart of all of the company’s products. Appropriately, the name Melvita refers to nature and derives from the Latin words ‘mel’, meaning honey, and ‘vita’, life.
