Lotus Herbals, the Indian natural beauty company, has acquired Ayurvedic wellness and beauty brand SoulTree, and its parent company Vedicare Ayurveda.

SoulTree was the world’s first Ayurvedic wellness and beauty brand to gain organic certification, and today claims to be the only beauty brand in India to be certified natural by German organisation BIDH.
