Lipo's new emulsion holds steady
Stability problems in oil-in-water emulsions that have up to 30% oil phases are addressed by a new complete emulsifier system from Lipo Chemicals (Adina Cosmetic Ingredients). Lipomulse Luxe is said to be especially suited for use in stabilising emulsion formulations that have a high oil phase due to its combination of key surfactants and the formation of liquid crystal structures.

Lipomulse Luxe is said to be especially suited for use in stabilising emulsion formulations that have a high oil phase due to its combination of key surfactants and the formation of liquid crystal structures.
These structures increase long term emulsion stability and stability at elevated temperatures. The emulsifier is also stable over a broad pH range.
When incorporated into an emulsion, Lipomulse Luxe produces an improved feel when the emulsion is spread onto the skin and a resulting soft skin feel. The product is suitable for skin care and sun care creams and lotions, liquid foundations, acidic pH skin peel exfoliators and hair conditioners and straightening products.
