Reinforces instrumental cosmetics operations


L'Oréal has completed the purchase of the US developer and producer of instrumental cosmetics, Pacific Bioscience Laboratories. The acquisition was announced in November 2011 and is expected to reinforce L'Oéeal's operations in this specialist sector. PBL's Clarisonic output generated sales of about $105m in 2010.
