L'Oréal buys C.B.Sullivan
US arm of L’Oréal extends distribution control
L'Oréal in the US has taken full control of C.B.Sullivan, a supplier to hairdressing salons, based in the east of the country. The operation was undertaken via its SalonCentric division.
The US enterprise has a network in six eastern states and annual sales of about $50m (2009). L'Oréal's move follows the earlier acquisition of two specialist suppliers to hairdressing salons – Maly's Midwest and Marshall Salon Services.
