L’Oréal awarded ethical business honour

Cosmetics giant named as one of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies” for 2010 by the Ethisphere Institute.


Cosmetics giant L’Oréal has been named as one of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies” for 2010 by leading international think tank, the Ethisphere Institute.

The company’s commitment to ethics and achievements have been regarded as “exemplary behaviour in ethical commitment and positive engagement with local communities”.

Emmanuel Lulin is the group director of ethics at L’Oréal. He says of the award: “We are honoured once again to be recognised in this way. We are convinced that sustainable business success is built on high ethical standards which guide growth and on a genuine sense of responsibility to the community at large. This is what gives meaning and value to our business and is a wonderful recognition of our employees’ commitment worldwide.”
