KMI Brands has announced it has acquired the natural personal care brand Naked. The brand, which claims to be 97% natural and free of parabens, petrochemicals and sulphates joins KMI’s growing portfolio, which includes King of Shaves, Fish, Ted Baker and Little Me Organics.

“Naked fits well with other brands within KMI in that if offers an attractive and differentiated product offering to a loyal and growing customer base,” commented Herbie Dayal, ceo, KMI Brands. “It further strengthens our position in washing and bathing and gives us more depth in the important female hair care market.”
