Jenny Belknap has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Clinique. She will be responsible for the management of product marketing (treatment, make-up and fragrance), media, strategy and consumer insights.
Belknap’s appointment is effective now, and she reports to Jane Lauder, Global Brand President of Clinique.
“Jenny is a strategic thinker, wonderful collaborator and an inspirational leader,” said Lauder, “and we are certain she will continue to play an influential role within her function and within the business.”
Belknap held her previous position of Vice President of Global Treatment Marketing, where she oversaw the marketing strategy for the skin care, sun, body and Clinique for Men, since 2010. She has led many of Clinique’s treatment launches, including Even Better Clinical, Repairwear Laser Focus and most recently, Smart Custom Serum and the Sonic System Purifying Cleansing Brush.

Belknap began her career at Estée Lauder in 1995 working within International Marketing. In 2003 she joined Origins and held a variety of positions within Global Marketing, including Vice President of Global Marketing. During her tenure at Origins, she was instrumental in developing Origins’ updated brand positioning; refocusing the brand on its core values and unique proposition.
