The fashion for lipsticks in Japan has evolved from vivid colour in the 90s and pale gloss in the 00s to a high-colour gloss with bright and long lasting colour. That was how Emiko Hayashi from ingredients distributor Iwase Cosfa opened her presentation at 2017’s IFSCC Conference on Tuesday.
