Aerosol and continuous spray InSpec specialises in bag-on-valve (BOV) filling and traditional aerosol. BOV separates the product from the propellant and supports compressed-air spray, any-angle dispensing, and near-complete evacuation. It is used for continuous-spray sunscreens, first-aid sprays, and personal-care products.
Sun care. InSpec makes SPF lotion, sticks, powders, and continuous-spray sunscreen in-house. The formulation team has also developed new bemotrizinol (BEMT) systems following the FDA monograph update that took effect on August 9, 2026. Sunscreen is produced within the facility's OTC drug quality system.
Other formats include tube filling, hot-fill sticks and balms, creams and lotions, topical analgesics, acne treatments, roll-ons, liquids, and EPA-registered canister wipes. The facility is FDA registered, ISO 9001:2015 certified, SGS audited and certified, WHO-GMP certified, and EPA registered for disinfectant manufacturing. In-house formulation, stability, and analytical support are available. Brands can also start from a library of 1,000+ formulas.
Programs typically move from brief to production in about 90 days. InSpec supports growing and established brands, with the strongest fit generally at 20,000 to 100,000+ units per year.
