Inolex has appointed Lisa Gandolfi, PhD., to Vice President of Marketing as a standing member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
Gandolfi has headed Inolex’s Marketing division since 2018, during which time she has strengthened the brand’s global market position and raised the success of its portfolio of plant-derived, sustainable, and industry-advancing ingredients.
She is recognised for imparting credible scientific perspective while enfolding trends that shape the industry and resonate with consumers.
“Lisa has an innate capacity to articulate the science behind our products and the functional application of our chemistries in a way that is exciting and relevant in today’s market,” said David Plimpton, CEO of Inolex.
“Establishing Lisa as a VP member of our Executive Team is well deserved. Her leadership presence ensures we have a strong voice at the table with deep market perspective to speak into our long-term strategy.”
In her 15 year-long career Gandolfi has leveraged her doctorate in polymer science and engineering to develop and position the next generation of consumer care products.
Since joining Inolex, she has led the launch of 5 new innovative technologies and has established numerous multichannel platforms, in partnership with R&D and Sales, to deepen customer affinity.
Formerly, she held research, technical, and marketing roles at Clariant and Johnson & Johnson. She holds four patents and seven patent applications.
“We have an enterprising spirit and a diverse team here at Inolex,” said Gandolfi. “As a leader, it’s incredibly rewarding to make significant contributions to the success of our company while setting a meaningful example for women in STEM and across the industry.”
Gandolfi will continue to oversee the company’s Marketing division while expanding her responsibilities to include the Customer Experience team. More broadly, she will continue to equip and inspire all areas of the business, maintaining a high standard for integrating customer focus, technical precision, and accessibility.
“Lisa’s talents and professional accomplishments speak for themselves,” notes Plimpton. “We celebrate the impact she makes within our team and as a dynamic role model for women developing their careers.”
