List of 91 substances


The safety of certain chemicals potentially used in personal care products will be assessed until 2013 by specialists. The European Chemicals Agency has unveiled a list of 91 substances to be probed by EU national governments, coordinated by the agency, under the EU’s chemical control system REACH. if found dangerous, these chemicals could be strictly controlled.
