Pauline Paterson is the co-founder, alongside husband Johnny, of multi-tasking balm Dr. PawPaw.
Founded in 2013, Australian-born born Paterson was inspired to create the brand after her daughter was diagnosed with eczema.
Nearly a decade later and Dr. PawPaw can be found in retailers across the globe, but, despite the brand's success, Paterson is in no rush to sell.
"After having worked for big corporate brands I wanted to do things differently," she tells Cosmetics Business. "Do things better and be more personable."
