H&M Beauty has named Indian actress Sharvari as its first-ever brand ambassador for India.
The partnership coincides with a new H&M Beauty make-up assortment featuring selections by Sharvari, née Sharvari Shailesh Wag, for the festive 2026 season.
The fashion brand’s beauty spin-off said it has brought one of Hindi cinema’s rising young actors into the H&M Beauty universe, reflecting the brand’s “fashion-first approach to beauty”.
Sharvari said: “I am incredibly excited to be H&M Beauty’s first ambassador in India.
“I have always loved beauty as a way to express myself, have fun, and, most importantly, feel confident in my own skin.
“What I connect with most about H&M Beauty is the belief that beauty does not have to feel complicated.
“It can be accessible, effortless and something you make completely your own.”
As H&M Beauty’s India ambassador, Sharvari will lead the brand’s beauty communication in the market, bringing her personal perspective and style to H&M Beauty.
Sharvari has built a growing profile across drama and large-scale franchise cinema, and made her big-screen debut in Bunty Aur Babli 2.
She will next feature in Sooraj Barjatya’s film Yeh Prem Mol Liya, scheduled for release in November.
Sharvari added: “To me, the most beautiful thing is finding the products, looks and rituals that reflect who you are, rather than trying to fit into one idea of what beauty should be.
“I am really looking forward to sharing this journey with H&M Beauty and seeing everyone discover their own favourites from the collection.”
The partnership represents an important step for H&M Beauty in India as the brand continues to establish itself as a beauty destination in the market and target new consumers.
Tove Virding, Head of Marketing, H&M Beauty, said: “We are excited to welcome Sharvari as our first-ever ambassador of H&M Beauty in India.
“It has been a fantastic first year for the category, and we are looking forward to building on that momentum.
“With her fresh take on beauty and personal style, Sharvari is the perfect partner as we continue to grow beauty and inspire our customers.
“Sharvari represents the energy and attitude we see in the next generation of beauty in India.”
