Godrej Consumer Products has announced the sale of its entire stake in its UK business to private investment firm JZ International.

The Indian consumer goods giant is the parent company behind hair and personal care brands, including Soft & Gentle, Cuticura, Pro:voke, Bio-Oil, inecto, Perspirex and Riemann P20.
