Fusion Brands Inc announces formation of new luxury fragrance division

Dana Kline appointed president of new arm of business


US beauty company Fusion Brands Inc has appointed fragrance veteran Dana Kline as president of its newly created Fusion Brands Luxury Fragrance Division. Kline is the former president of Icon Beauty, with 20 years of experience in the field and will report directly to Caroline Pieper-Vogt, the company’s ceo. Kline’s new role will focus on new product development and identifying new business opportunities.

In announcing the new president, Pieper-Vogt said: “The launch of Fusion Brands Luxury Fragrance Division brings us one step closer to realising our goal in becoming a full service global beauty entity. With Dana’s unique combination of passion for the fragrance category, her extensive management experience and her unparalleled skill at brand development, she’s the perfect candidate to help us see this vision through.”

Fusion Brands Inc is the parent company of FusionBeauty ColorCeuticals and Clean. The group has a presence in the make-up, skin care, fragrance and bath & body sectors and is said to be targeting global sales of $50m.
