British fragrance brand Floral Street is hosting its largest ever in-person session of its Scent School perfume masterclass.
On 3 November, brand founder Michelle Feeney will lead the session for 90 attendees.
She will take guests through eight of the brand’s best selling fragrances, teaching them to identify perfume notes and smell individual accords to become “experts in fragrance”, according to the brand.
Floral Street’s fragrances include London Poppy, Electric Rhubarb, Neon Rose and Iris Goddess, with a focus on sustainable ingredients and packaging.
The masterclass is part of TikTok Shop’s Beauty House event, created to showcase TikTok’s top selling beauty brands.
L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, NYX and The Inkey List are among the other beauty brands taking part.
“We are so excited to work with the TikTok community on educating and energising fragrance,” said Feeney.
The brand first launched its Scent School sessions in 2017 at its flagship store in London’s Covent Garden.
Aiming to teach consumers the art and science of fragrance blending, the free workshops included interactive talks, interviews and activities for customers to take part in.
The brand also launched its collaboration with Amsterdam’s Van Gogh museum earlier this year, which saw Floral Street perfumer Jerome Epinette create two exclusive scents inspired by the artist’s paintings: Sunflower Pop and Almond Blossom.
