Subscription beauty brand FabFitFun has released its last box of the year in collaboration with American journalist and California;s former first lady Maria Shriver.
The Winter Box is filled with products to help customers survive the cold weather, including Drybar’s Prep Rally Prime & Prep Detangler and MakeUp Eraser’s Original Pink make-up remover.
Customers can also choose from select beauty products including Kate Somerville’s Goat Milk Moisturising Cream and INC.redible Nails’ Thirsty Hand Mask Duo, as well as a range of fashion and lifestyle products.
For each box, FabFitFun teams up with a charity partner to raise awareness for the cause.
This season, the brand will collaborate with Shriver’s charity The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement.
The organisation raises awareness for women’s risk of alzheimer’s and educates members on ways to protect their brain health.
Shriver founded the organisation after her father was diagnosed with the disease.
“When my father was diagnosed with alzheimer’s, I learned that two-thirds of all brains with the disease actually belong to women but no one could tell me why and I didn’t understand how that could be.
“We know now that what works for men doesn’t always work for women. There’s a real gender research gap and we all need to pay more attention to women’s health issues.”
FabFitFun previously teamed up with Eva Longoria and Meghan Trainor for its summer and autumn curations.
