ECJ says no to Christian Dior's adorably trademark bid

Christian Dior has lost a bid at the European Court of Justice (ECJ) Court of First Instance to secure EU trademark rights to the ‘MANGO adorably’ mark for cosmetics, soaps and scents. Judges backed claims by the Netherlands’ Consolidated Artists that the name was too similar to its ‘J’Adore’ and ‘Adiorable’ trademarks.
