"We would like to inform you that Corpack GmbH will be continuously monitoring the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects, while adhering to the health regulations being issued by the local and national authorities here in Germany.
The safety and well-being of our employees are amongst our top priorities. Furthermore, we are doing everything we can to maintain the quality of services our customers are used to obtaining from Corpack.
We would like to share with you today the concrete steps that we have taken as a company to achieve these goals in these special and trying times.
In an effort to minimise the spread of COVID-19, Corpack has, since 16 March, implemented a rotating “home office” option for our employees, lasting until at least 3 April, 2020.
With everyone’s health in mind, these measures will help us to reduce the risk of infection or the possible transmission of the virus within our team, amongst our customers and in our environment.
Our office is staffed with a number of employees who can be reached via our landline number. Please understand if your call is not answered the first time, please give it another try, as we are most likely answering other calls with a reduced staff.
Of course we are still available for you via e-mail and in some cases via cell phone. The corresponding email addresses can be found in the email signature of your contact person.
While our suppliers and business partners in Asia are largely operational again and in daily contact with our team, our European manufacturers are affected differently from country to country and region to region.
Our sales staff will inform you directly about any delays and the delivery status of your order. We would like to thank you for your understanding. Corpack will continue to follow official regulations and guidelines, with the protection of the health and safety of our and your employees always being our top priority.
Should you have any questions in this regard, we will of course be happy to assist you at any time. We thank you for your understanding and that you remain healthy."
