ColepCCL completes Czewo acquisition

European aerosol-based products supplier ColepCCL has completed the acquisition of Czewo Full Filling Service GmbH, originally announced in July 2008.


European aerosol-based products supplier ColepCCL has completed the acquisition of Czewo Full Filling Service GmbH, originally announced in July 2008.

According to ColepCCL, the move will enable it to complement and further expand the strengths of the two former stand-alone companies. The company believes that the increased scale and geographical spread will enable it to offer better security of supply and speed to the market.

ColepCCL will now have combined sales of approximately €500m and will operate in five countries across nine manufacturing sites.
