Clinique’s new All About Eyes Serum De-Puffing Eye Massage promises to refresh puffy eyes while brightening and helping to reduce the appearance of dark circles.

The product features a roller-ball applicator made from medical grade stainless steel that provides an instant cooling effect while helping to boost the skin’s microcirculation and reduce fluid build-up. The serum itself contains amentoflavone and Humulus lupulus extract to soothe and caffeine to help reduce the appearance of irritation and puffiness.
