B2B cosmetics company acquires nail polish producer Durlin

Italian B2B cosmetics business Chromavis and its management team have wholly acquired Durlin France from Bergerac NC, a subsidiary of the French state-owned company SNPE.

Chromavis, which is owned by the management and held by Cape Natixis Due and Progressio Investimenti with private equity funds, says it expects the acquisition to help it achieve an overall turnover of over €85m for 2010.

Durlin France develops and produces nail polishes and products and holds 56% of Durlin East Europe (in Poland) and 49% of Thailand’s Durlin Asia.
