Chanel enters virtual beauty partnership

Chanel Research and Technology has entered into a partnership that will enable it to create new beauty concepts using virtual software solutions.


Chanel Research and Technology has entered into a partnership that will enable it to create new beauty concepts using virtual software solutions.

The first joint project between Chanel and 3D technology expert Dassault Systèmes, based on the analysis of light, is already underway and looks set to be finalised in 2010. It is hoped that virtual simulation and modelling will help pave the way for breakthroughs in skin biology and cosmetics.
