CEW (UK) announces 2009 Achievers

Industry body Cosmetic Executive Women (UK) has announced the names of its 2009 Achievers, who will be honoured at a lavish awards ceremony on 12 October in London.


Industry body Cosmetic Executive Women (UK) has announced the names of its 2009 Achievers, who will be honoured at a lavish awards ceremony on 12 October in London.

This year’s Lifetime Achiever Award will be presented to author and journalist Lucia van der Post, while a Special Industry Award will be given to hairdresser John Frieda.

Four CEW (UK) members will also be honoured. Liz Garrett, md Coty Prestige UK, The National Magazine Company’s group publishing director Liz Kershaw, QVC’s director of merchandising Judy Deuchar and Imogen Matthews, md IM Associates will each be given CEW (UK)’s Achiever award.

The 2009 CEW (UK) Annual Achiever Awards will take place at the Jumeriah Carlton Tower Hotel in London on 12 October. For more information please visit www.cewuk.co.uk
