Catia Cesari has joined Coty as SVP of Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions.
She will report to CEO Michele Scannavini and CFO Patrice de Talhouët.
Cesari started her career with KPMG before embarking on a decade with General Electric, where she held various positions including Director of Corporate M&A Europe. Later, at Gucci Group, she was instrumental in the acquisition of global brands such as Bottega Veneta and Boucheron. She was also Chief of Mergers & Acquisitions and Human Capital Officer at Labelux Group, where she oversaw the acquisitions and restructuring of fashion brands such as Jimmy Choo and Bally.
