Despite considerable currency volatility and multiple pressures on consumers, the Brazilian cosmetics market surged 11% last year according to new stats from the Brazilian Association of the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Industry (ABIHPEC). Sales of €29.6bn is claimed.
