Unilever took action against Beiersdorf over 'parasitic' Nivea deodorants

Following a complaint by Anglo-Dutch chemicals giant Unilever, the Parisian commercial court has forbidden German cosmetics company Beiersdorf from making, distributing, advertising or promoting its Nivea Pocket deodorants in France.
